Sashimi Grade Bluefin Tuna O-Toro
Otoro (oh-toh-roh), which is sometimes labelled o-toro, is the fattiest portion of the tuna, found on the very underside of the fish. This cut is fatty almost to the point of falling apart and can literally melt in your mouth.
This Southern Bluefin Tuna is ocean fresh, wild caught and sustainably harvested. Using pioneering tuna farming methods to deliver you a tuna fish that is rich in flavour with a luxurious texture.

This is a product that we charge at the highest end of the possible weight range as deposit.
If the weight range is 500g-1000g then we charge a deposit of 1000g x $dollar/KG and then issue a refund for any weight differences.
For example, if you pay $50 and the product is $30/kg and we send you 1.2kg of product then it will be 1.2kg x $30/kg = $36.00. We will then refund $50-$36 = $14 within 3 business days after you have received the product.
