The are widely consumed raw sashimi, but can also be lightly pan seared or grilled. They often appear in high-end restaurants and served as a delicacies. Now you can enjoy these premium quality sashimi grade scallops at the comfort of your home.

Before cooking this scallop meat, make sure they are completed thawed as cooking them while they are still frozen or partially frozen will result in lost of the scallop's natural texture.
